Cramps in the lower middle of my abdomen feels like mild period cramps

I could mean anything tho . if u get a positive test call ur doctor and MENTION that ur having cramps on one side . so the can see u sooner to rule out an ectopic

When i get them tho there just random period like cramps just lighter

I am 5 weeks and still get cramps

@kelseyp16, I've been having them for a few days but tested this morning and it was negative ( my period also 9 days away tho so might be too early)

I had cramps and 2 days later cinfurmed I was pregnant

I've been having dull cramps.. my period is due the 22nd . So we'll see
