when my boy was attracted by all the electric plugs i start teaching him not to touch them(even if the all have a cover. He is clever wouldnt take long before he can take them off) bit it was all a big game for him. Then i started screaming his name. At first it was funny to him so i add a very mad face to that and he started crying but still touching.. aftes a few days he realized that action reaction thing and he didnt like that so he doest even look at them no more... now he starts banging my laptop, my bf's xbox and pretty much everything and he started biting for fun and i dont want to scream at him again.. i dont want it to be a thing like he wont listen if i dont scream at him.. bit everything i do its just a big game for him... what can i do?

@eze.love Ah! That makes sense. I didn't have that problem when I put him to bed. But he'd always have a teddy, and knitted blanket in his bed for bed time and nothing in it for alone time.

@ashiducharme i think he is a bit too young to understand tine out and time apart.. and im trying to make his crib a happy place so he stop crying everytime i put him in there to sleep 😐
You could still put him in his crib when he does things like that. He'll start to understand that when he does those things he can't be around anyone or play with his toys. It doesn't have to be for long either. 2-5 minutes or so

You guys are lucky... my parents rubbed pepper sauce on things I'd go for.. touched each thing with my mouth once and never did it again. 3rd world country style but did it ever work. 😂 not sure what I'll do with my son. I also started getting little pinches when I was 1 and a half instead of spanking. Needless to say... I wasn't much trouble after that 😂😂
My son is like that too he likes to chew on the wires from my PlayStation so I have to move them out the way I just try to distract him with other things
@ashiducharme i know.. he is too young to understand.. too young for time our.. i cant have a discussion with him lol.. all im thinking about is to gethim interested in other things but it is difficult..
That's a tough one with the age. My boy got alone time. But by the time we started it he was able to talk so had sit there until he was willing to talk to me about WHY he was sent for quiet time.
