@kmarie1303, I completely understand. I wanted to start my own business but I figured I'd start with something I like and sell it and see how it goes. So far it's been great and I've only been in 2 weeks and already hitting goals and already earned back the money I spent to get started. I love it and having a blast!

&& I 100% understand the luxury of being your own boss, making your own schedule & income. I HAD a cleaning company that was going super great had about 13 clients all on a steady basis from every week, every other, or once a month. Each paid flat rates anywhere from 75$ to 110$ --depending on the frequency & size of house. & i had to hand off all my clients to a friend who was also in the same biz because i had another job that offered me a better & full time position, & swore to me that it was permanent & would be steady & 5 months later, they let go of 85% of there employees & me being one of them, that sucked. .. But I have been seriously reconsidering about starting back up again but it would have to be from scratch unfortantly

@kmarie1303, I also picked up a personal business selling Scentsy, that I do on my own time outside of concentrix and mom duties to generate extra spending money! I absolutely love it!! I am my own boss, make my own hours and the business is mine. If you don't know what Scentsy is, it's a wickless, flameless, safe alternative to candles! The wax we create is edible food grade and animal cruelty test free. Our wax our oil based so it burns longer and the fragrance is stronger and last longer. We also sell car fresheners, cleaning and laundry products, men and women body and shave products, stuff animals for children, defusers and oils, and Scent paks that work WONDERFUL in diaper pails to eliminate odors (I use one in my son's room and smell NO dirty diapers). I use the products and love it so I sell it fairly easily and make a good amount of money from it

@kmarie1303, I work for a company called concentrix. It's a legit corporate company who sells their call centers to companies whose in need of more call centers. Once hired by concentrix you are an employee NOT a contractor. They come with 401k and full medical/dental and benefits. Depending on the contract landed, they provide you with the equipment and all you have to have is internet and home phone (which technically you can write off at the end of the year). It's paid training and room for advancement. I started September of last year I've been promoted 4 times. Pay starts off at 10.25 and depending on the promotion comes with a raise. There is no sales calls or outbound calling to some random strangers. All you're doing is troubleshooting products that the customer calls in and trained for.

@aydans.mommy what kind of work if you don't mind me asking... or what sorta things.. I've tried looking it up but only things like get paid for taking surveys or social media. Etc. .. & I tried the survey things for 2 companies that were just phony- bolonga

@kmarie1303 I better start looking into a hobby too. I like having a fixed and productive scheduled routine. I'm gonna go insane at home 😕

@gmartinez31 yea I worked up until a day be4 my scheduled c-section. Lol thinking id have a cushion to hold me over for a little bit, but it didn't hold me over to long. Plus the most killer part is the free time!! I should have gotten into something as a hobby be4 baby got here or set a simple plan of things to do Or accomplish Lol

@kmarie130 your post sums up exactly what I'm thinking about now and I'm only 28 weeks pregnant. Ughh I've always had a decent income and I hate to have to depend on other resources.

There are a lot of options. Just depends on what type your looking for. I work from home one for a corporate company and the other is my business
