@jillandbaby They just say to reduce the amount of Tuna you eat because its high in mercury and can be harmful to baby...but you can have a few tins a week xx

@jillandbaby I love seafood :) I didnt give up seafood at all! Its my life lol! I ate prawns...squid...etc...even cooked my own prawns :) xx

All fish/seafood is fine to eat aslong as its cooked :) xx
