Any other mommies ever let their newborns sleep on their tummy at night? I noticed my son doesn't sleep well at night unless he's on his stomach but I only allow him to do that on my chest.

i started letting mine sleep on his stomach when he could fully lift his head up at about 1 1/2 months

Only time baby sleeps on his tummy is on my chest. That way I know if he puts his face down. Even though he's good at turning his head now. Newborns though its too high risk for suffocation (if somewhere besides your chest) because they're not good at turning their heads.
