Any lady's know what to expect for a Dr appointment for anxiety and depression? finally got my insurance back up and i have an appointment on Thursday

Oh yes thanks mama I plan to tell them everything new symptoms are popping up as well which sucks I had a good 2 weeks save just a couple days ago I started NY anxiety and insomnia back up again/:
You couldn't find a babysitter?! Mommas, do you take your kids with you to run errands and go to mundane appointments? On two separate occasions, a doctors appointment for me and today at a car service appointment, someone has remarked "you couldn't find a babysitter?!" It never crossed my mind to find a babysitter. I take my 2 kids with me just about everywhere. They are well behaved (minus the occasional 3 year old meltdown) and one of them is attached to my boob the majority of the time anyway. Am I the only one? Is that a weird thing to do? Do most moms find babysitters?

July, Booked to get an implant. Appointment got cancelled. Booked again. Nurse was sick so appointment got cancelled. Couldn’t get another appointment for aaaages so tried to book an appointment for the pill. Had to wait two months. My appointment was today. Cancelled. 🙃
Aren’t they supposed check the heartbeat at appointments???

They are gonna have you fill out a couple check lists asks what's going on in life changes etc how long symptoms have been going on. Just be honest and up front. They will ask if there is any self medication. They will probably talk about other things other than meds like therapy or yoga etc etc and then they will talk about med options
