I think I want to cry. This was me back in 2011 I believe and I thought I was fat and everything else along those lines. I look at pictures like this and I'm super sad. I really do miss my old body and I hate the fact that my thighs have only gotten bigger throughout the years and I've always had a hard time losing them. 😩
I'm proud of my glo up but hate how much fat I've gained since then.

I totally understand that struggle. After having three kids my body just isn't the same even from just 2 to 3 but honestly you can't cry or beat yourself up over it. You have a body that's creating life and nourishing it. your growing older, your maturing. Pick three things now that you like about yourself more than you did in your teenagers pick two things that you do now that you never thought you would do and one thing you're excited for the future. Focus on the good, pick a cute outfit and take a good picture. Life is too short to worry about a few extra pounds which by the way are better for snuggling anyways

I do the same thing, I look at pics from when I was 15 and 130 pounds when I thought I was huge and now I'm 180 and it's like the fat is glued to my thighs and stomach, but no where else.
