Yea I think most marriages have some kinda issues with communication. I know my husbanf and I are currently a work in progress. Just keep working at it. Men may not talk about issues but they hear us and process differently . Men and women speak and communicate differently but in marriage we have to work on balancing and understanding each other. Things will work out just stay hopeful.

Oh thats a big deal. Listening and communication are essential to compromising through disagreement . Well simply dont listen to him about getting a job ! 🤷🏾

I've always worked and never felt that I missed out. He started crawling and walking while I wasn't home. But it didn't sadden me. I got to see it when I came home and was just as excited and happy! The main thing is that we have to do what we have to do. We work to support our children. And if you want to work, I would try to find a job you genuinely enjoy!

@purpleunicorn89, well if he's able to financially support the home and that's what you want y'all should definitely talk about it, I hope it works out for you!!

I personally want to stay home with both my kids as its cheaper than getting daycare and paying for gas which will be extra money going out of the house. My husband understands this and is 100% supportive of me not going to work. Maybe have a heart to heart tell him your desire to stay home and parent your child and the impirtance it is for his develpoment note the progress hesade this far and how it has impacted you also include the added expenses that you getting a job will add. Maybe that will help change his mind

Personally I plan on staying home while my son and future kids are little, if you're ready to work, then you should it's all about what makes you comfortable!
