Any advice on things easy to keep down? I've been vomiting everything up for about 3 hours and I really don't wanna get dehydrated and have to go to the er I can't do crackers! Help!
I ate a rice cake 20 min prior to starting my day and right before I went to bed. It helped a lot because I couldn't keep anything down either. Just the smell of things made me gag. Eat small portions and lots of fluids. And yes peppermint helped a lot.
Try peppermint candies! Like lifesavers or something! They helped my nausea a lot when I was pregnant, then I was actually able to keep foods down. And try sipping water so you don't get dehydrated. But sip it don't drink it too fast! Good luck!! 😊
