Ah congrats mama! Super awesome love helping and giving advice to anyone wanting to be apart of a healthy lifestyle! So how I very first started was cardio! I enjoy the outdoors so this was cake for me but don't get me wrong I'd challenge myself like going hiking and running! I also downloaded an app called "MyFitnessPal" very helpful in what I should and shouldn't be eating once I input all my information! Great source to monitor your eating. I every eat 2-3 small portions. To keep it simple I would eat the same thing with a mild change up from time to time so I didn't get bored and a cheat day once a week. My plan is now different because I am cutting and trying to lean out but this will be a good start for you! I have a Pinterest and I'd also follow a lot of boards with healthy meal preps for the week!
