So my husband told me years ago that he almost had sex with someone a year before we even met. I have tested positive for chlamydia after I had my second kid. I thought it was a false positive but now I burn and itch down there so bad. I asked my husband how close he got to having sex with her and he said he didn't go inside but his penis did touch her down there. I am now pretty sure I do have chlamydia after all. I have an appointment to get tested tomorrow. Should I have him go ahead and make an appointment to get checked just in case or wait until I get my results back? Like I said I'm about 90% sure it is an std. He is the only man I have ever had sex with or even came close to having sex with.

@starliightt well everyone was accusing him of cheating when he didn't cheat. This was the first time I had been tested for stds and it can take YEARS to show up. But either way I got treatment for it and hopefully soon I get results back soon and know exactly what is going on.

Have you called and asked your doctor if you were tested? It is seriously concerning if you weren't during your pregnancies and you should consider filing a malpractice suit. Something might not have happened to your children due to negligence but it could happen to someone else's and that doctor needs to lose his license if he is not following proper protocol
@ssdj4 if you had 2 pregnancies where you were never tested for STDs you can sue them. Clamitia can cause you child to be blind, even if it's dorment. If that's how it really went down I would be raising hell with your obgyn

@joanaa i have talked to my husband! They didn't test. The didn't do any kind of testing when I was pregnant. I went to a pretty shitty doctor but i saw a specialist more so I wasn't worried about it
and my baby daddy used to come straight home from work and his paycheck made sense too and he still found the time to cheat so that don't mean anything if they wanna cheat they will find a way
@ssdj4, but you just now having symptoms...if it was before your marriage you would of been had symptoms plus you done had two kids with no symptoms or signs now all of sudden you do
He didn't fucking cheat. He's not an asshole and he knows better. He didn't lie about hours or where he was cause he would come home right after work and his paychecks were what they should have been. Not all men are cheaters. Quit accusing him of shit!

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls.
