Has anybody on here ate regularly during their pregnancy but just sat around because of bad fatigue? Did you gain a lot of weight and did it take you a long time for you to lose it ?
@logansjay I will check them out I barely eat I think my problem is not being as active as I should be
@kaniyea, Pinterest has a lot of c section workouts. But mostly breastfeeding and a healthy diet is what did it for me.
Thats great @brookemmoore Im happy for you Im hoping to reach mine by Nov
@channy87 thats how I was I had really bad fatigue but ate normal and healthy still gain 50lbs 😢
Thats good @logansjay yes my baby girl my first I gain alot of wait only lost 20lbs and I cant do major work out because I had C section
I gained a lot with my second and third, not so much my first. I waited until my third was 7 months old to really start trying to get in shape again and since January I've lost 35lbs and am almost back to my original weight now!
Haven't lost all the weight. Haven't tried either tho
With my first I ate a lot more than usual but was pretty active & gained 50 pounds. With my second I ate normally but was super fatigued all the time (aka not very active) & only gained 10 pounds.
I did. I was originally 150 and I became 230 but after having my son and breastfeeding and taking walks after my 6 week appointment I literally dropped all my weight plus and extra 10lbs.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
