So when should I take them out? 
Or would it be possible to save them and just take them out every time or that just nipple torture. 
And. Since I have it will it effect the way milk goes? xD

Haha my friend had that issue lol. Regardless though milk squirts out of your boobs anyway lol. Xx

I took mine out a week before I gave birth, kept it out for the whole 6months I breastfed and then just put it back in afterwards as I was lucky it never closed. It didn't change a thing tbh I thought milk squirted out of all the holes 😂 but it doesn't x
