Help with cramps??

You can take Tylenol if I'm correct but low dosage

@smallelf, you can but low heat. I used to take showers which helped or Tylenol but never really used heat unless showers count 😂

Those cramps will be there ur whole pregnancy and only get worse. My advice would be to learn to cope now because tho Tylenol is safe u dont want to be using it for 9 months on a regular for cramps :/ mine are soooo bad now and I hate taking medicine during pregnancy so Iv stuck it out this whole time. Its a great way to prepare for what's to come lmaooo.
