What can u do for headaches

Cold shower .. Lay on side and rest .. Ginger tea

Drinking Ice cold water and laying down with lights off helped me.

I got really bad migraines in the beginning of my pregnancy I used a cold cloth keep a bowl of ice water next to you and keep dipping the cloth in the water it does wonders and Vicks on your temples or across your whole forehead works also

Ok thanks I have to do something it's the worst having a headache

I always take tyelnol with one benadryl. Before taking meds I take a warm shower, if it doesn't work then I take the meds.
