Did labor start for anyone after a membrane sweep? For my first child it didn't work cos I had to be induced eventually but I don't remember the sweep hurting this bad the first time.
Contraction questions I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
This is gonna be my first, but I want 2. :)
Just had a membrane sweep... I remember it being a lot more painful with my first and had no blood after this time... Anyone had a sweep on due date and it actually worked? Did yours hurt?

Going to my 38weeks appointment with midwife today at 3pm and she is doing my sweep as well. Did it ever worked on any first time mummy's before and they went into labour after they first sweep? Xx
