How do I fill out the divorce paperwork and fill out the stuff about my daughter when she's not even here yet? Like, she's not going to be in school for like 5-6 years from the time she's born and he's in the army so how am I supposed to give him any days when he's not guaranteed to have any of those days off? Like, I don't know what to do because she isn't here yet. 😡😡

@beebaby, I wasn't going to fill it out but the court is going to make me even though she's not here. I plan on breastfeeding. I just don't know how to fill any of this out because she's not here.

@beebaby, he wants 50/50 but he's in the army and plans on moving to Colorado next august and she won't be born till November. Court won't give him 50/50 when he has no license and no house to take care of a child. Has no means to do so either and if anything happens, won't be able to get her to the hospital in time. He also wants to go to Israel, New Jersey, New York and Florida and I dont trust that he will bring her back since his mom has been feeding his head with crap. He doesn't want me to have physical or sole. He wants 50/50.

@beebaby, exactly and he doesn't want to stay in California so I'm frustrated because I can't make any schedules because of his schedule and it's frustrating. I know I'll win but it's filling this crap out that's irritating me because how am I supposed to know?
