Great used it after my first born and lost all the baby weight while on it it does leave a sticky residue which was the only thing I hated

It's great if you put it on right it won't fall off at all . You have to have the area completely dry where you put it and hold it down for a few seconds. Water doesn't make it fall unless it's not on right .

Mine kept falling off, and then left the sticky residue and I couldn't get the residue off for weeks so I wasn't a fan.
