Being subpoenaed at 8:30am, for 3 days in a row, is going to be awful. Need to get some sleep soon. Can't wait until it's all over. It's not for me, I'm a witness for someone else. Just sucks. But I don't wanna go to jail for not showing up either. Lol

@erikasmiles123 how come? The results weren't good? Im going for my boyfriend. He's already going to serve a year cuz of probation. And we already know tomorrow he will be found guilty.

It will just be putting him in jail. It costs money to get there time and time again to testify. I don't have a babysitter and no car so having to do so is stressful. And I lose out on money for it.

My ex. He should be getting 90 day's or probation but he has a alcohol problem so idk
