How to transition a 12 month old baby from formula to whole cow milk?

@marjand, Awe, so happy it helped your little one! Unfortunately Lainey took a sippy cup with no problem, so I don't have a blog for that. Basically one day she just refused to take the bottle anymore.

I'm so excited that I saw this post. It's good to know that I can use almond milk for my baby

I started by putting formula in sippy cup for a couple of weeks. Then, started putting whole milk in it. He didn't seem to know the difference.

@beebaby, what kind of milk did you use?

I did the transition to milk at 1/4 cup for 1 week, 1/2 cup for 1 week and 3/4 cup for 2 weeks. Not to cows breast milk tho, I chose an alternative milk. Cows breast milk causes issues for a large percentage of babies 😁

I started by doing half n half and then putting more whole milk than formula
