@cubanese, I see. A figurative "disability". I was about to say lol I proudly walked away from my Behaviorist position. I was not getting punched while preggers 😂

No it's not a literal one. Although on paper in the state of NY it is considered a disability depending on your work conditions. I was on short term disability for most of my pregnancy since my work conditions made it such. Obviously I wasn't a "disabled" person but on papers I was disabled due to my work. Some states consider it so that women can still reap their benefits without having to leave their jobs with nothing, just because they're pregnant.
