Breast feeding & weight loss? Does breast feeding help you loose weight? Or is it the amount of water you'll have to drink in order to breast feed? Ive been wondering this for awhile now. Mainly concerned about loosing weight after i have my son. I see so many cute tops that i want to wear lol. Im just ready to get back to my pre pregnancy weight lol.

I lost most of my pregnancy weight because of breastfeeding but I also gained some weight after because you burn so many calories breast feeding and it makes you super hungry
My mom does the advocare program and looses weight on it .. i want to look into it after the baby is here. Hopefully they have something safe for breastfeeding
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared...
I have decided I'm not going to breast feed with my first😩 hopefully I change my mind

Hey girlies! I plan on breast feeding my LO as much as I can. I also plan to formula feed when needed. Have any of you moms tried organic formulas? How was it? Experience?
@avahcruz thats what my sister in law said as well. She said she's just as hungry now as she was when she was pregnant. Hopefully i can try & eat semi healthy lol.
