After paying our rent we have 4 dollars in the account and I'm waiting for a deposit of 26.00 dollars by tomorrow..yet he thinks since I have over draft protection he can go and buy a pack which will result in a 34.00 charge...like are u FUCKIN SERIOUS...that 26.00 dollars is suppose to get us to Friday with gas and he doesn't care as long as he has his fuckin nicotine.. I love him to death..he works very hard but he has a problem when it comes to that..its bullshit 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑

I'm not sure about your bank, but I USED to have overdraft protection and I hate it. It would let me spend money I thought I had and then charge me 27 cause I was negative 2 dollars.. best bet is to talk to your banker and have retailers decline any purchases if you don't have the money in there. Otherwise he's gonna keep thinking it's okay to use the overdraft "protection".
Yes you can. How can he make a decision like that with out you and it be accepted. You are a couple. You have a child that is more important and what if the baby needs something. He doesn't get to make that decision unless you allow it. He would be out on his ass pulling a stunt like that. You gotta put your foot down.
