@avahcruz, I need to find one. I don't even know what to do. He keeps saying that we need to summit the divorce papers when he's the one asking for it.

@sheilataina96, I would think if that's not your current situation and you were treated for ppd you would be fine, but don't take my word for it. I would speak with a lawyer

@avahcruz, like I told cubanese, I baker act myself in 2015 for ppd & he's saying that he's gonna use that against me.

@sheilataina96, very rarely will a court side with someone other than the mother unless they're unfit i.e. Drug abuse, alcohol abuse, mental illness, etc. like said above if your soon to be ex is active in the children's lives and is also fit to parent you'll probably share custody.

@avahcruz, he told me because I don't have nothing. He can take them. The house & the cars are under his name so, I know I need to leave and let him the car I have been paying for. Also, I don't have anywhere to go. My brother moved to Gainesville & my whole family it's in PR.
