Babyganics stain remover is all ice tried and it works amazing

Dampen the stain, cover it with baking soda, rub it in just a little, let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the baking soda to absorb the stain. Then wash the clothes.
Dawn dish soap, and dry in the sun.
