Anyone know how to calm a moving baby without having sex to do so? Advice needed...please

Baby keep moving n in uncomfortable positions n I know sex would rock baby to sleep but I'm not trying to have any with hubby tonight but want baby to calm down with the moving a lot

Maby walk around take a warm bath. I know my daughter is calm when i walk

Sex has the opposite effect on my baby so idk. Maybe switch the position you are in but nothing "calms" my baby. I just wait for his little energy spurts to pass.
