Yep . Put a hot towel on hit several times a day.

They won't do anything but tell you to put a hot towel on it . I had a really bad one and still have it because I didnt dot he hot towel consistently. If it last for more than a month then go in but for now a hot towel is all you can do .

hot chamomile tea. but some with a towel. helps a lot.
