Worst case scenario you'll have to speak to child services. They don't do anything. I also live in Ohio.

They will call social services on you because baby will test positive at birth. They won't take the baby but you will have to speak with them and there will most likely be an investigation and any future pregnancies they will watch you like a hawk.

Not sure about your state law but in Arkansas they drug test all newborns and if anything is in there system dhs will get called
