HELP ME OUT: every time I comb my sons hair it’s a struggle. His hair is really really curly so detangling it is definitely a challenge. He fussed the whole time and I feel bad but it has to get done. I don’t ever use products on my sons hair bcz this is my first child and I never know if it’s ok. Can anyone give me tips or pointers on how to make this proses less painful 😣.
Try a leave in conditioner, or use a regular conditioner and slightly damp his hair. Curly hair NEEDS moisture. It all depends on type of curl and texture. The courser and tighter the curl the more moisture it needs. If they're "S" type curls not that much or else it'll weigh the hair down and the hair won't curl.
@krys_xoxo, shea moisture leave in conditioner also coconut oil will help with the dryness .
Just read your last comment, sorry. But when dry you could take a wet wash cloth to it (to get the hair damp) then comb it out. Idk if you want to use products but you could try a leave in kids conditioner too
@channy87, that don’t work when his hair is dry 😩😩😩😩 his hair is so dry in some places. He’s only 1 so I feel like I can’t do too much
I condition during bath (let conditioner sit for a few minutes at least) then rinse & comb. Both my kids have super curly hair so it's a struggle
I do that in the shower and that’s fine. My problem is when his hair is dry and after he’s already had a shower.
For shampoo I also use shea moisture baby shampoo. The curls line is also great. But again it's only online.
Conditioner and detangle it during bath time with the conditioner on. I also apply a TINY, TINY amount of conditioner as a leave in for my daughter. She has curly hair too. I use: shea moisture for kids conditioner or you can use CURLS baby conditioner. But you can only get that baby brand online.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
