When do you guys think it's a good time to potty train?🚽💩

I've Introduced the potty at 18 months but with my first he wasn't ready until 2-2 1/2 to start trying. My little guy is almost 2 and he's sitting on the potty but not using it yet.

My son was about 2 when I started showing him & fully potty trained by 3
