@karleyy yeah it should say on the back of the bag de maseca🙂 it shouldn't be runny, you'll feel the difference it shouldn't by sticking all on your fingers. It should be a masa suabe y facil de manejar. (If that makes sense lol)
They look good sis!! 😊

Sounds easy sis, I will make some soon definitely! Ayer I ate some but they weren't home made, I had bought already-made sopes last month & I heated them up & then fried them ☺ Can't wait to make some on my own, How do you know how much masa & water to put? Does it say it on the back of the maseca? @alma_xoxo
Aww you must cook good! What kind of masa is it, Maseca? & you add salt to the masa right, & do I form them kinda like pancakes? Like round & thin...
& on step #2 how do I put them on the stove. Do I do it like step 4.. Thanks for sharing sis ❤
@karleyy yeah queso fresco! Lol 😋🙂 okay well basically if you know how to do gorditas then doing these are easy for you..
1. You make the masa. You start making them round, (Like if you were going to do gorditas)
2. Put them on the stove, then after they're a bit ready
3.You take them out you start pinching the ends up like a sope
4.Then you put them in a pan con in little bit of aseite so they can get a bit crunchy y doradas from the sides and the bottom y ya las sacas.
5. You can put whatever you would want on them & enjoy!😉☺

Yumm yumm yumm. What kinda cheese is that? Queso fresco? Teach me how to do sopes!
Have you ever tasted gorditas? At any Mexican restaurant. They're like this flour looking tortilla but instead for these which are called "Sopes" you punch up the side up so the food doesn't fall it holds the food in place. In this case I just put beans, (You can also add any* kind of meat you'd like to give it more flavor) lettuce, tomato, sour cream, Mexican cheese, and some homemade green sauce to top it off!☺
