Its really hard sometimes when your bipolar and have bad anxiety and dont take meds especially right now with my emotions all crazy and everything ugh !!! I wish I could take my meds right now I haven't been on them in a long time but right now is one of the few times I actually want to !! In feel so bad I have to go to the other room cause his snoring drives me nuts like I gotta be really tired to be able to lay there and even then sometimes I can't and I'm a insomniac so ya ugh so many emotions and thoughts running through me lately I just can't get them sorted !!! I hate emotions !! Anyways I'm laying down to hopefully be able to sleep but some how I don't feel as if I am gonna be able to !
