So I am trying the red raspberry left tea to help with braxon hicks and preparing for labor. Has anyone tired it and it work or not work? I'd love some inputs.

I drank it throughout my third trimester, it didn't do anything for me but I've heard other girls say it helped them! I guess everyone's different

@2-mommies not really. However, I dont recommend a whole box a day but if you notice increased/intense contractions you should cut back. If not then no worries. I liked to brew a big batch and make a gallon to keep in the fridge. So refreshing.

@arivera64 how much should you drink? I live tea and can easily drink an entire box a day. Can I drink too much of it?

I truly believe that red raspberry leaf tea toned my uterus. My labor was 1/2 the length of my first one. My contractions were super effective and i felt like recovery was 100% easier this time around. But i did drink a TON of red raspberry leaf tea.
