Any mom's have a drug free labor with a big baby? How did it go? We're you induced?

Yes induced no pain meds. Felt like a truck on fire coming out of me :/

@miriahlove I had drugs with both mine. It didn't work with my youngest and I felt every bit of it but she was only 5 pounds. This one is measuring really big and they want to do a growth scan. They may induce me and I'm over here thinking if he is too big I may need to change my mind on going all natural lol

Yes i did with my first born, but she wasn't over 10 lbs she was the normal size... it wasn't that bad... but you would know if it bearable or not... the only thing that help me was saying to my self "this is just for a little bit by tomorrow this will be over"... you will do fine.

@damisjuarez90 I keep telling myself that all I'm going to think is how it will be over quickly and all that great stuff. Just not sure how a big baby will handle lol I remember the pain from my daughter and she was only 5 pounds lol I can't imagine that doubled

I didn't go to the hospital until I was 7.5 cm. But I took classes on techniques that help you handle the pain. I just breathed and moved a lot and tried concentrating on other things. I take pain very well though. I actually didn't mind the contractions until I got 9.5 cm & they started having me push. I just didn't like the pressure. Everything was fine but once his head came I thought I was gonna pass out but once the head passed I was completely fine.

@amh0101 see I was fine till time to push with mine too. I'm just wondering how it is with bigger babies bc mine were so small

My youngest was 8 lbs it went fine just made it to hospital

Lennon was 9lbs. I was induced and when I pushed him out, I felt everything. Felt like a flaming bowling ball. Was over as soon as he was out. You can do it! I have faith.

@mc.squared I remember the pain being over as soon as Ashley was out too lol I'm just anxious to see how big he is even though I know the ultrasound really isn't that reliable when it comes to weight of the baby. Truth be told, I just don't want a c section but if that's what it takes then it is what it is
