I've been having the worst cramps, some are like period cramps, some are like labor pains, and some are stabbing pains on just one side at a time (but have been felt on both sides). I think I'm freaking myself out because I didn't have many cramp-y pains my first pregnancy. I barely felt pregnant at all, except for feeling nauseous with my 1st. Should I be worried if my most prominent symptoms are pains and cramps? Is that normal?

I had soooo much pain with my second early in the pregnancy that I honestly thought I was miscarrying. It hurt sooo bad. But my doctor said it was implantation cramps. I didn't have any bleeding with it so it wasn't anything to be worried about luckily.

@juliaschade41, no bleeding, I keep checking. Ugh I can't wait till I go in to hear the heartbeat 😩
