Taking my self off my meds for depression. Anyone else did this?

Yep! I did it over a couple of weeks instead of cold turkey.

I quit taking them yesterday. The ones I was on wasn't just for that it was for other things to so I'm hoping it's not to bad

Do not do it cold turkey, it'll make it worse, try and wean off them.

I feel alright. So far and I've read online about ppl stoping the kind I was on. And was ok

I did because they literally were messing me up I'm glad I did I don't regret it at all

Ah, no. I'm a lifer. Been on Zoloft for almost 20 years off and on (I try to go without but it never works). I have chronic depression. Something fucked up in the brain.

Don't go cold turkey, though! I went cold turkey off Effexor once and wanted to kill myself. Dont. Do. It.
