Never fails. No matter how gentle I brush my teeth my gums always bleed and are sore

What kind of toothpaste do you use?

@emileewells1153, crest. But I've always used crest. I think maybe my bristles are too hard?

@jgh2398, I've always had really sensitive teeth & gums. I have to use soft brushes and sensodyne/pronamel toothpaste. Before I always used crest but my dentist said to switch which I was iffy about bc it was more expensive and I didn't really think it would work all that well but after a week of use it does wonders, especially with the soft brushes. If I use medium it tears my gums to shreds.

@jgh2398, yes! It really helps a lot. First use or so it might still make your gums hurt but soon as it's broken in it should relieve a lot of the issue

I'm a dental assistant.. get a soft toothbrush.. you can even use a child's. And you prob wanna use a sensitive toothpaste while your preggo

Mine bleed like crazy when I'm pregnant lol my son walked in while I was brushing my teeth the other day and freaked out bc of all the blood in the sink.
