The fact that I'm riding on an emotional roller coaster during my pregnancy, constantly sad, anxious, and moody.. am I at a higher risk for postpartum depression?

I read so much about postpartum depression and hardly anything about depression while pregnant, I know I can't be the only one going through it right now but I hope it doesn't continue after she's born I've gone through hell this pregnancy.

I feel you girl. First trimester was emotional for me but not this bad. Once I hit 26 weeks I was a wreck. And it stresses me out more thinking that it's only going to get worse after birth

@tiffany_ferraz, there have been days when I thought it was going to be my last because I just couldn't handle it anymore but then I always thought about my baby and knew that it would all be worth it the day I get to hold her in my arms, so I honestly can't imagine having postpartum depression when everything I've been through is all for her, the day she arrives will be the happiest day of my life

:/ that's tough girl. But just remember IT WILL get better. Even if it take a couple months. Just talk to yourself and tell yourself that it'll pass. I cry like everyday but I feel a little better afterwards. Sometimes I just need some time away from people and some candy 😋 and a little pep talk. I have different pregnancy app that I log down my moods and note how I'm feeling that day or just write what's on my mind. It helps a little. You're not alone ❤️ @gabbycharron526

Yes you are at higher risk and sounds like you are going through pregnancy depression now. I had it with my daughter and went to see someone about it

@goodjourney I'll have to talk to my doctor about it when I see her next. I definitely don't want to feel worse
