I am exact way.i hug all my 3 son's ..at times my man also hahah. I didn't Come from a huggy family either haahah..i feel like i can't breath when my man hugs me sometimes I'm 5*2 he's 5*11

@sherrynygirl I just feel like hugs are more intimate, so it's weird hugging people I'm not married to or didn't birth, lol. I'm the same way about saying "I love you." I don't even like saying it to my mom 🤐

@joanna.davis My mom isn't motherly or grandmotherly rarely heard the i love u words...my dad was incredible.i am the youngest of 3 daughter's and my parent's were married until my dad passed away 8 yrs ago.All 3 of us were very close to our dad

I'm the same way ill hug my kids hubby and my close family. I honestly don't consider not wanting to hug people as rude. I'm anti social and like to observe people. I think he shouldn't be so hard on you why force you out of what makes you comfortable, that's unfair.

@sherrynygirl my mom isn't the best mom, but she was very huggy and said I love you a lot growing up. But for some reason I never really felt comfortable with it, haha.

I get a big emotional boost from hugging hubby and kids, weird, haha.

@chelli He's very social, good with people. I've noticed "normal" people have the hardest time accepting that not everyone's brain functions the same way as theirs. "I do this, other people do this, why can't you just do it too?" 🙄

@chelli I don't think he realizes that his constant commenting actually makes it worse. Now I'm so aware of it, I'm so busy trying not to be awkward I end up being more awkward, lol.
