Ears feeling clogged? What can I do about it?

@juliaschade41, I tried the hold the nose and blowing made it worse . And the q-tips did nothing . It's annoying and constantly happens to me now . About twice a week since I found out

Mines have been doing it this whole pregnancy so far .
