My son has been sleeping through the night since about 8 weeks old, he's now 4 months old and is waking up 2-3 times a night but not for a feed then has his normal feed at around 5:30/6 ish. Any tips to try get him to sleep through again? x
@sara-lou86, oh no really hopefully it won't last to long! 🙈
Most probably his 4month sleep regression which unfortunately you just have to ride out. They say what they learn through this regression sticks with them even once their past it. So try & stick to normal routine as much as possible if you can.

I've woke her up for her feed around 10-11pm but I find it makes her wake more through the night. Just wondering if there's a way I can change the bedtime around a bit where she has a catnap then feeds around 9pm then goes down the night a...
It was about 3/4weeks with both my boys but I'm sure it varies each child. Good luck 😊👍
