So my house has central air and is at a constant 76 degrees. I don't wanna uses blanket in the baby's crib. So I figured he's fine without it since it's kinda warm. And I have a ceiling fan low speed blowing in my room. Should I still swaddle him? I'm paranoid about loose blankets so don't use them when he's unattended or if I'm asleep. I swaddle him half way at night so he doesn't get chilly ... Im so paranoid and worried.. what should I do?

Just have him in a light sleeper or pants w socks. He'll be ok. But sometimes they won't sleep without being swaddled

@exoticyuri Swaddle with a onesie is good ,especially since he's a fresh newborn .

@kambam, i just remembered I have a little night gown for him! I don't wanna over heat him though.. I'll put it on him for an hour and if he's sweaty I'll try something else. In the hospital he needed swaddling but he likes his arms free now. I usually do a half swaddle so he feels secure but leave his arms out so he doesn't feel trapped

I did that with my son where I left his arms out and swaddled his lower body @exoticyuri

I would do a onsie and a swaddle babies like to be warm you gotta think your body was pretty warm so he'll be alright at that temp with a swaddle.
