My son started drooling at the end of 2 months and his tooth is coming through now at 4 months and will be 5 months in a couple weeks @andavis0314

Yes its possible but also rule out thrush . because the beginning stages they tend to chew on everything. Just my personal experience @andavis0314

My son was teething then. It is definitely possible she is teething.
