Okay mamas, I've been super self conscious of my weight since I had my baby girl. I thought with breastfeeding it would shed off but it's not, I eat pretty well and now it's been six weeks so I can finally start working out again. Any advise on what exercises i can do to shed this belly and thigh fat? I've gains 5 pant sizes I'm trying to get back down to my pre pregnancy weight by sept at the latest.

One thing I learned is that your metabolism and body have changed after having a baby, it's not going to be a sudden process, it took nine months to gain the baby weight, it'll take at least nine months to lose it. You could try looking up videos on YouTube or Pinterest has lots of workouts too!good luck 😎
