Since you just had a baby it takes awhile for the hcg to leave out of your system. Is it possible that you are not pregnant again, and that you just still have hormones from your last pregnancy in your system? For some women it takes 6 weeks to leave their bodies. It doesnt add up that you would be getting a positive test 6 days after sex since it takes atleast 14 days between ovulation and your missed period

This doesn't make sense for them to get a positive a few days after you had sex? You said you had sex on the 24th and you got a positive how many days later?
