I don't have a butt but I have question after I give birth I wanna do exercise to gain butt what some gonna exercise I can do n how many should I start off at

Hi! I'm new here but I saw your post. I was big into weight lifting and gaining muscle that I knew how to get a nice butt. Some exercises that you can do to get a nice one are squats, goblin squats, lunges, side lunges, donkey kicks, fire hydrants and also if you go to the gym, they have this machine called the stair master. All these exercises you can simply type them into YouTube and it will show you step by step how to do it.

If I was doing air squats, I would do 3sets of 10, with a minute rest between each set. So you can start off doing that (: if you have any questions, feel free to message me!
