Need your advise ladies. Scheduled csection tomorrow ok. Last few days my ankles & feet are super swelled....But tonight they are so swelled they hurt. I put my feet up and elevated them....My hubby made me an ice pack up and put it on my feet but its not making a difference yet. Any suggestions to help. Fyi im not diabetic so its not that im assuming its an accumulation of fluid ....Dont know.

Epsom salt foot soak! And keep them elevated for sure, like way elevated. Maybe Tylenol or benadryl might help some of the swelling. Lots of water.

I had the same problem at the end of my pregnancy. My doc told me to lay on the couch and elevate my feet on the arm rest so my feet were over my head if that makes sense and it helps tons. Or lay on your back and put your butt against a wall and put your legs up on the wall straight

I haven't had too bad of a time with swelling this entire pregnancy.. Just the occasional minimal ankle swelling when I've been on my feet all day.. But now my feet have ballooned up and I had them up! I wasn't on my feet. Should I be concerned?
This swelling is not normal anymore my feet are so so so bad, hands, and face looks like I have black eyes. It hurts too.
Im literally so over these women chasing after my man. It gets old and its so disrespectful! 😡😡😡
did every ones SO go to EVERY dr appointment with them?? im at my appointment and its not an ultrasound or anything so i told my boyfriend he can stay home and sleep... im here and everyone has their guy with them.. im feeling lonely now:/
Compression socks? Maybe put on a pair or two?
