Anybody know of a good way to clean these tiles? My daughter snacks on them all of the time and I've tried wipes and toy disinfectant, none of it seems to get it all out of the crevices

Ya I was going to say clean in the tub.  Hydrogen peroxide is a great cheap cleaner too, just add a sprayer when you need to use it
