So my little man is only a month hold and he is constipated. What can I do to help him?!

I also hold my LO with his knees up. We would add an oz of prune juice to oz of water for breastfed babies or an oz of prune juice to formula if needed. Miralax is great but it's for babies over 6 months.

Warm bath helps to calm baby and relax muscles.

since its summer..its so hot he could be dehydrated...causing him to get constipated. Try periodically offering him a bottle with plain water. I remember when my daughter was a month the Dr told me she didn't need water my breast milk would be all she needed by she was getting constipation and a mommy friend suggested the baby bottle of water and it helped
