You can never go wrong with a plain white onesie! Or maybe check old navy? They usually have Fourth of July stuff!

I've been getting a flag shirt at Old Navy every year for the 4th since I was a kid. It's the one holiday outfit I haven't gotten from carter's for my daughter 😂 hope you find what you are looking for there!
